If you choose to postpone/cancel your ongoing Cleanse, please let us know at the latest by 10pm on the day before the delivery to be eligible for refund with an additional 15% cancellation fee. Cancelling could void all discounts/promos that comes with the original order.

All postponed/not used Cleanse package over 30 days will be automatically be removed from Jiva Juice systems, it will no longer be valid and will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
